Good day. Please note our bid is subject to flexible collection and delivery dates and times. Any special request and clarifications should be discussed prior to accepting our bid. Collection and delivery usually within 14 days of accepting our bid unless otherwise specified in your job description which is acceptable. Collection and delivery are not necessarily on the same day. Deliveries to other countries may take longer unless otherwise agreed.

Furthermore, we are only bidding for the transportation of items from A to B (door to door). We will happily help with the handling but help should be available on both ends. Please also remember only one person (driver) will be collecting and delivering your item(s). Transportation includes blanket wrapping if required. All handled with care.

If you have not provided details of your item(s) this bid is subject to our acceptance of measurement(s) and weight(s). It is essential we are informed of exact number and details. We reserve the right to charge £10 per item for any extra items not listed prior to accepting our bid. Please note we do not transport any item larger than 240 cm, whether in length or height. Max volume 5 cubic meters.

Loading/unloading time 15 minutes max. Extra time will be charged at an hourly rate of £20 charged by the hour.

Extra help, if required, is charged at an hourly rate of £20, minimum charge one hour.

London collection & deliveries are usually done on Saturday or Sunday, occasionally in the evenings due to the traffic and congestion charge. If you require delivery at any other time please discuss it prior to accepting our bid.
