Charges Terms & Conditions and Working Hours

1. Monday to Thursday from 08:00am to 11:00am, Admin & Arrangement’s From 11:00am to 10:00pm Collection and Delivery

2. Friday from 08:00am to 10.00am Admin & Arrangement’s from 10:00am to 04:00pm collection & Delivery. Note: on every Friday I do not carry out pick up & delivery in London and surround areas

3. Saturday & Sunday the charges is applied based on miles petrol expanse at £0.70 per miles

4. Urgent Collection & Delivery -Same day Delivery- £25.00

5. Bank Holiday’s CLOSED or charge applied based on a miles petrol expanse an additional £1.40 per miles

6. For any missed Pick Up for rearrangement charges of £30.00

7. For any missed Delivery for rearrangement charges of £15.00

9. Please Make Payment with a Bank Transfer, an Invoice send‘s by email.

10. For security reasons, please don’t ask to pay cash.

11. The quote is comprises package free of charge, if needed.

12. The Petrol expanse will regulated in distance that the company regulation at £0.47 per miles

13. For some Delay’s we advise 1 or 2 hours before arrangements

14. Also I will setup/fix any appliance, electronics, PC, software etc. Ask for free quote I am able to help in any case for small and big jobs

All bookings are subject to a two hour minimum charge and are billed in half hour segments after the two hours.

All tariffs carry a mileage charge of £1 per mile the first six miles are free. Two people may travel free of charge with the driver. We will not allow anyone to travel in the back of the van.

Where your property has stairs and there is no lift we have an additional stair charge of £5 per floor.

1. Weekday customer loading (you load) £13p/h

This is our cheapest tariff the driver will drive the van and advise you on how to load but will not help you carry or load your goods. You are welcome to use the straps,blankets and trolley all our drivers carry.

2. Weekday driver loading £17p/h

The driver will load and unload for you you may help him if you wish but this is not a requirement.

At weekends and evenings our prices rise by £4 per hour. Out of hours times are Between 7pm And 8am 7 days.

Insurance

We have a goods in transit policy that covers damage to your goods up to £20000 with a maximum of £2000 per item strict terms relate to our insurance and can be found in the terms and conditions section of our website.
