1. All communication is via email or live chat on our Website. Sorry we haven't got a phone system but we guarantee all emails are replied within 30 minutes!

2. All items need to be properly packaged for Transport. Collection can take place on Weekdays anytime between 9:00am to 6:00pm. We are able to request a 4-hour afternoon collection window(Non-Guarantee

3. FREE insurance of £50 per consignment subject to terms and conditions (Fragile items like Glass/Electronics etc not covered as is standard with most companies). Additional Insurance can be purchased on request. All deliveries within Mainland UK are Next Day, Fully Tracked Online and Signed For on delivery.

4. I hope you understand but our drivers do not carry cash hence we require payment upfront before carrying out the job.
