Paid this guy before delivery. Numerous excuses why he could not pick up equipment as agreed and paid for. Eventually recieved a text from him saying he couldnt do the job and would send the money back. So far he has promised to pay by cheque which never arrived, or cash when he's passing, , card over the phone: transaction not authorised.Once again numerous excuses why he hasnt repaid my money. Now recieving abusive texts from his "girlfriend" claiming its my fault he didnt deliver the goods. Funny old thing, one of the reasons he couldnt deliver was that his "wife" wash rushed into hospital. luckily I have kept ALL the texts from him. I am now taking legal steps to try to recover my money, I would be interested in hearing from anyone else who has had similar problems with this guy as it will help my case. VERY POOR. This guy bid in the morning made no contact untill we had text all his numbers late afternoon but then said it was all good to go. He then txt at 10pm the night before to say he could not do it as booked. Wasted everyones time and now I have to try and get my booking fee back. AVOID. |
