We are a small company based in London, we offer a nationwide delivery service.
In most cases we deliver items on a next day basis. We also have secure storage facilities should we need to store the item before we deliver.
We pride ourselves with having excellent time keeping ethos, you are kept informed of when your item Is picked up, on transit and expected time of delivery. In the case of any traffic issues or delays you are informed accordingly to avoid inconveniencing you at any time.
We take extra care of items by ensuring they are blanket wrapped and secured on transit to avoid any damages on transit
We are properly insured we have Goods in Transit insurance and have a copy available on request.
* Our quotes are based on the distance, inventory and the job mentioned on the site Listings.
* We know that customer/s cannot provide the total number of boxes until the packing is done but at least they can provide us the right number of bulky items.
* If inventory provided is incorrect then we reserve the rights to charge extra fee or refuse to transport the item if there is not enough space in the van.
* If we find that we cannot move your bulky items due to narrow access/doors, we will have leave it for you to do it on your own or we can wait (but we will charge £30 hourly to keep waiting) until the door/window specialist come to take them off.
* We will charge extra for any other work involved (if not stated in job) or dismantling and reassembling of any furniture item if not agreed in advance.
* Please be patient while we pack our van as we need to cover every single item to avoid damages/scratches.
* We try our best to be at collection & delivery points on given times but please allow us an hour time window due to bad traffic, breakdowns, accidents, etc.
* If you find that our staff is not working properly Please don't let them continue and contact with us immediately.
* No responsibility can be taken for the goods/items that are not properly packed/wrapped.
* Please keep in mind that the deposit you pay goes to the site as their fee for hosting the job through their website.

Excellent service, efficient, professional and friendly. I needed a man with a van for a small house move from London to the countryside. Turned up on time and a friendly chap was able to do the heavy lifting I couldn't. Nothing damaged during transit and everything went smoothly. |
