If you give dates this is ONLY rough date may not always be possible to keep to them

Our working hours are from 07.00-21:00
If no-one is around to take delivery we will contact the reciever to see if there is somewhere safe we can leave the item/s.
If we have to return there will be an additional charge of £30 + VAT and your delivery may take longer as we will work you into a new run.
Costs of over £35 MUST be paid by bank transfer or Paypal either .
All though we offer insurance we DO NOT cover items you have bought on the internet. However you can purchase this for an extra £25 + VAT and if a claim is made you will pay the excess.
We will ONLY make contact with you on Anyvan and WILL NOT respond to calls or texts on mobiles while driving or outside work hours. So please be aware that you may have to wait for a reply.
Refunds WILL NOT be given for cancellations unless a we have not fufilled our obligations to you.
We will ONLY go by the dimensions and list of items supplied on the job sheet. If these are incorrect we reserve the right to cancel a job and you will be liable for any cost incured. We may carry items added later to the list at a new price agreed at the time although we reserve the right to deny this request.
We reserve the right to carry items that are not correctly wrapped. Where able we may offer to wrap items for you at a price ranging from £7-£40 per item.
Any waiting time caused by the sender or reciever will result in an added cost of £5 for every 5 minutes.
Any threatening behaviour at the pick up or drop off point or via phone/text/email will cause the job to be cancelled there and then and NO refund will be given.
WE WILL REPORT ANY THREATENING BEHAVIOUR TO ANYVAN AND THE POLICE!!!!
Storage not previously arranged will cost an additional £10 + VAT per item per week and MUST be cleared before delivery.
Our vans have 1 worker and any additional workers will incur extra costs.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Having agreed to a job on a set date (Monday 18th November) and taking payment in advance, in full. This company have not only failed to turn up to pick up the items, but have also failed to contact me to explain why. Have tried contacting countless times through emails, listed telephone number and anyvan but to no avail. Having now contacted Anyvan customer services, I have been informed I may need to get the police involved to recoup money paid to this company. I suggest avoiding using them at all costs. |

The company took payment for delivery and were entrusted with payment to give to sellers. They failed to turn up and failed to explain why they did not . I have had to contact the fraud police as they appear to have embezelled over £ 400. I hope there is a genuine explanation but so far as not I ask everyone to beware. Anyany refund is offerd and offerd to transfer back was not taking fraudlintly i have said since you wont give me your details i can post a check as i say sorry for this my daughter ended uo in hosptal yeasterday and had to go there i didnt have my phones on me to contact any1 i will post check in the morning |
