Welcome.
We provide a peace of mind and sefe delivery on dates provided from the beggining. Our target is to provide the best service possible, fast, reliable and affordable. Accept our quote with confidance but check the details and T&C before accepting to avoid misunderstanding. Help us to support out local charity. The more jobs we get the more food we buy and donate to Newark Foodbank on regular basis (£1 per job).
T&C:
* Customer must provide all necessary information to collect and deliver an item. If a wrong postcode is provided, customer will be charged additional £10 for up to 3 miles between wrong and correct postcode, then £1.5 for every additional mile.
* Customer will be charge for any additional item if not listed min £20. The same charge apply for larger or heavier items.
* Furniture require dismantling to move out of the collection property has to be dismantled, ready for collection.
* All items must have a sufficient protective packaging. We DO NOT take responsibility for any
item without a packaging or made of glass, plaster or any easily breakable material. It will be
delivered at customer's own risk.
* If a job is canceled less than 48 hours before agreed collection date, a customer will be charge a £20 cancelation fee.
* The quote provided is for ground floor to ground floor delivery service. If a customer required delivery to any other floor there is an additional charge of £5 per item.
* Due to T&C of the insurance policy every item with a sufficient protective packaging is protected between the nearest ground floor access point on collection side to the nearest ground floor access point on delivery side. We do not take responsibility for any damage behinds those points.
* We do NOT take passengers.
* We do NOT deliver goods to locations on RED LINES. The goods will be delivered to the nearest legal parking spot. It's a customer responsibility to collect the items from there.
* A 3 hours collection and delivery window between 7am and 7pm, will be provided one day before agreed dates. If a customer miss a delivery the item will be taken to our storage unit. Storage fee £5 per item/box a day. Second delivery can be arranged at extra cost or collection in person from Newark. The driver will NOT wait longer than 10 min.

- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
