we also have access to a 7.5 ton lorry for full house removals. once a bid is accepted (reasonable time of day) we will call to confirm all details of job to make sure the collection and delivery run smoothly, contact via text or calling if contact is needed to be made urgently and you will be kept informed at both collection end and delivery end as to when the goods have been collected/delivered
we collect on dates given to you in bid message and we deliver on specified dates also as we have vans in specific areas on specific days/dates, we do give a time window the day before collection/delivery and I would say a good 99% of the windows are met (cant help traffic sometimes)
for the benifit of this site i would ask all customers to make contact through this site prior to accepting any bids i may make, as im sure you can appreciate i have to bid on lots of jobs to get any of my vans full,once van is full i may have to turn customers away, i do not over load my vans as this would increase potential for damage as i have a very good reputation and would like to keep it that way.
failure to collect or deliver when it is not our fault does carry a 35% surcharge of the fee, should customer at collection point or delivery point fail to be present for no good reason when we have allocated a time window and we meet it, I have to cover my costs I am afraid.
Payments for remaining balance would have to be cash on delivery or collection,also if you prefer to pay with PayPal we would have to charge 5% extra due to PayPal fees,or payment by bank transfer is accepted.

Martin and Heidi and the rest of the A2B team were absolutely fantastic. The best service I've experienced for a long time. When another courier let me down they stepped in and immediately sorted collection and delivery (a long way) in a few days. Don't go anywhere else, these guys are great! I had calls to say they'd collected, when they'd deliver, updates, the lot. Brilliant family firm, goods arrived carefully protected and in perfect condition. I really recommend A2B (mbandhb). Jim. |
