We are courier company that is based up in Scotland but work all around the UK. We have been in the business for many years now so hugely professional.
We are new to the website but with a wealth of experience please do give us a go. Looking forward to being of assistance.If we don't have a van in the particular area for the day we will use approved agents within the UK to uplift the goods on our behalf. Please make sure that all goods are fully enclosed with bubble wrap and cardboard or in a box otherwise we cannot uplift the goods
INSURANCE:
We offer free insurance of £5 per kilogram based on the actual weight of the consignment(see website for exclusions) - additional insurance can be bought based on the value of the product.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Massive waste of time, they rely on third party companies to collect items and my experience has been: Ordering for pickup of a bike from a major dealer on a thursday to be delivered wednesday. The company they subcontracted, TNT failed to collect the item because no-one informed the driver it was a bike. I had to call up Paisley Freight and shop to be told this after spending all Friday awaiting delivery. I rebooked for collection on monday to be delivered tuesday and am then called by the shop to be told that TNT has returned the bike because they weren't happy with the packaging. I have wasted another day awaiting the delivery and will drive the 60 miles from Cambridge to London myself to pick up this bike. AnyVan used to be a simple, reliable site, you got a man, with a van and he delivered your stuff. I used it throughout my time at uni without issue. Now bigger companies seem to be involved and predictably are, literally, failing to deliver. Thanks Paisley Freight, TNT and Anyvan for letting me down. |

TERRIBLE! AVOID THIS COMPANY. I booked after receiving 3 messages from then. Paid deposit. Haven't heard from them since its been over a week. I've left lots of texts/emails/message - NO RESPONSE! Except one email of an invoice for total amount!! We agreed cash on delivery for rest of payment before I accepted bid. DREADFUL COURIER WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND - BEWARE PFServices is A TERRIBLE SERVICE. |
