We are a small family run business and offer a reliable and friendly, yet professional service to all our customers.
We are fully insured with
Goods in Transit up to £10,000
Public Liability up to £2.000.000.
Our service is door to door. We will be happy to place items where requested, but please notify us in advance so we can allow adequate time and be aware that we take no responsibility for damage to goods or property, whilst inside the property.
If we are sent to an alternative ADDRESS then we reserve the right to charge an additional charge.
If SIZE/WEIGHT provided are incorrect or incomplete then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, or refuse to transport the item if there is not enough space.
For specific times and dates please check availability before accepting our bid to avoid disappointment.
If there are any restrictions to access or parking please inform us before accepting our bid as this will not be included in the price provided.
Congestion Charge is included in our price provided.
Unless stated we assume all collections and deliveries are ground floor.
All furniture must be disassembled, disconnected and made ready prior to our collection.
Items containing non solid wood, glass or marble are sent 100% at your own risk of breakage. Glass / Mirrors can break in transit and are NOT insured as such.
We understand you may forget to add certain items to your inventory and use a common sense approach to this, but drivers decision is final.
