Customer was requesting a same day timed / dated service from Glasgow to Swansea at a budget part load rate, under £40.00 was the figure due to us upon completion. Explained that for £40.00 no courier would collect and make same day delivery at a time of their choice, and that the service booked was a part load service that would fit in with our core same day service. Advised the customer that she had also only booked one job, and although we could carry out the second job, there would be an additional cost. Responded to all emails out of office hours, even when very late at night. The customer was also offered advise on how to re-claim the deposit payment that was paid to Anyvan at the time of booking, but chose instead to leave negative feedback. very hard person to reason with, but we are still willing to service the booking or assist in the refund procedure.
