About Me
We are a collection/delivery and removals company with our office based in North London, England. Our service extends to all of the regions of England and Scotland and our drivers work nationwide and are now offering our services in Europe.
We offer a bespoke removals service of household and office goods, our team usually consists of 2 people to help you unload and load your items with the deserve care. We offer a fast, efficient and reliable service, cover (if it's going to be necessary) with all their special blankets and delicate items and tie all your items so go safe in the van.
All our vehicles are insured for business purposes that include the relevant goods insurances.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Once a bid is accepted, we will contact you by e-mail/text within 48 hours. If the job is urgent for the same day/next day, we shall contact you within 3 hours to confirm arrangements.
2. Any jobs that are cancelled/postponed within 48 hours of the date of the job will not incur a charge. However, if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the job taking place, a charge of £100.00 would be applied.
3. .Any damages or complaints shouldbe reported immediately or within the next 14 days,otherwise we won"t consider them valid statements
4. Is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability or have permission for parking, if our van receives a penalty charge is customer's responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made
5. You may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your quote. If you underestimate the quantity of your stuff the driver has the right to charge you more.
6. We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.

- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
