Terms and Conditions:
All our vans are 3.5t with a load limit of 1200Kg. If the listed items are heavier than the limit is customer responsibility to pay the fines and the costs of second van.
If you have more items than stated on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
We do not take liability for fragile items that we transport and they are not packed for transit. Only if you choose the packing services and we pack your items.
If a job is cancelled at short notice (within 48 hours of arranged time) a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will be charged.
Sometimes things go wrong, traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day, whilst we will endeavour to keep you fully informed we may, due to time restraints, have to reschedule your job. After the booking is made a deposit have to be paid so we can arrange all the expense that incurs in the transport process.
It is your responsibility to check that any item you bought will fit into your home or place of work, because if dismantling and assembling is needed then extra charges will apply.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure our removal vans will have space to park or you will incur the parking cost. Any parking fines will have to be paid by the customer.
After a booking is made half of the outstanding invoice need to be paid, and the other half before delivery.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
