We are one of the most experienced removal company on AnyVan. Our group consists of highly experienced members of staff who are recommended and accredited with top ratings by AnyVan.
We take great care of personal belongings when loading, unloading and transporting, allowing you to trust our services when you need them most. Our hassle-free removals have resulted in a high demand for our services, which we constantly strive to improve in order to achieve a 100% customer satisfaction rate.
Please take a moment to read through the customer feedback we have received so far. We believe strongly in a close customer relationship and feel our 100% satisfaction rate will speak for itself.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. If you have more items than stated on your listing, extra charges may be incurred (1-8 additional small boxes/items are allowed).
2. Dismantling and assembling, connecting and disconnecting appliance services are charged as an additional order.
3. Please contact us before accepting the bid to ensure that we are still available to take on the job.
4. A waiting charge of £20/30mins applies when we have to wait more than 30 minutes for any reason.
5. Payment must be made in cash or bank transfer. CASH on collection or on delivery. BANK TRANSFER, no less than one day before delivery date.
6. If your listing does not include information about the items or number of boxes/bags you require moving, our quote will be for one van load or 10 boxes.
7. Packing service is not included in our offer. All packing details/price should be confirmed before or after acceptance.
8. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances but we will update you.
9. We do not take passengers/animals.
10. Upright pianos only ground to ground floor.
11. All damages/complains must be reported on delivery.
12. Cancellations or changes less than 48 hours prior a date will be chargeable 50% of the agreed price. Cancellation on a day 100% of the agreed price.
13. If there is a long hallway/corridor/stairs/pavement at or by your flat and this was not mentioned on your listing - an extra charge may apply.
