Excellent service all round

Only issue was I didn't know i had to sent the invoice which I purchase and when I was contacted by one of your customer service rep she was a bit annoying when I was trying to sen the sale invoice she was saying my booking would be cancelled if I'm not hurry up and I would have to rebook if I'm not quick enough.

I would highly recommend this service however I got no updates on where my driver was so it was hard to communicate with the person receiving the car. I got a text message saying my driver was en route when he had already left the delivery address.

Simple transaction - Although I did have to use the help chat as initial communication was lacking. Transport Company clearly very experienced and professional

I had different people at pick up and drop off points with different contact details and I expected to have to act as a middle man throughout the move. The vehicle was collected and delivered on time and I didn't have to lift a finger once. My only contact with AnyVan after the contract was agreed was to be informed that the job had been completed. Would definitely use again.
