Delivery takes 1-5 working days. If you want the item to collect & deliver on a specific day, please let us know. We are so excited to provide our tailor-made service.
Note: Don't forget to provide full description of your items (at least the size).
1) items in transit with us are fully insured to up to £25,000.
2) not only are our price quotes competitive, we also endeavor to accommodate collection/delivery dates and times requested by customers prior the booking of our services.
3) our price quotes are based on a one-man service being provided- please be reminded assistance in lifting heavier/bulkier items to and from van, will be required. Please only accept our quote, if this is feasible with you.
4) If your item(s) listed require collection/delivery on a set date and or times, please state this first to enable us confirm if we can fulfil your requirements, BEFORE accepting our quote. (Extra charges or total withdrawal of service may apply, should such special requirements be only requested after the booking our services
5) Quotes are NOT inclusive of Congestion and ULEZ charges. Such charges will apply as an addition to our quotes, if collection or delivery addresses are within chargeable zones.

We value the excellent service we provide our customers and as such reflects in our price quote:
1) We do not overbear ourselves with jobs in any day, J D M are able to meet the dates/times agreed for collections and deliveries, between ourselves and customers.
2) Items of our customers are safe/protected in transit because our vans are not 'overloaded' due to being overwhelmed with jobs, on any given day.
