Aguvan (not Any Van) - were simply wonderful. At the very end of what went from a stressful situation to a magical, complete and perfect move (thanks to Augustine), I asked him how on earth he does this job physically and added it must involve highly stressed customers? Augustine observed my big relaxed grin and responded with "for that reason". The empathy level you will have from this particular man along with the respect and professionalism when handling along with the understanding of your behaviour, if a tad grumpy, actually made the whole day easy. From the moment I clicked to connect prior to my moving date, he was very responsive, helpful, informative, kind, adaptable and clearly very professional. The actual move was severely underestimated on my part but I was immediately put at ease and the job was done meticulously all by himself. I must add that he very tall and strong, he works hard, he knows what he is doing and most importantly, he is extremely kind natured. My husband, my little children and even the dog all agreed it was such a pleasure and even though he isn't local to us, we will ALWAYS ask him first going forward if/when we move.
