* Service from Monday to Sunday our offer includes only a man with the help of loading / unloading or can provide two men to help load / unload or do all the work.
* We offer a fast, efficient and reliable service, cover (if it's going to be necessary) with all their special blankets and delicate items and tie all your items so go safe in the van
Important - Terms and conditions
*Please before accepting our offer, be sure to book a date and time, one or two men or if we are still available to carry out the job.
*Parking, Congestion Charge and Tolls are not included (Unless otherwise stated)
*You may incur additional charges if the driver has to go into areas or urban tolls or pay toll, if the driver has to pay for parking while loading / unloading or waiting.
*Is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability or have permission for parking, if our van receive a penalty charge is customer's responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made
*Payment must be made in cash on completion of work
*You may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your quote. A couple of boxes more would not normally cause a problem, however if you have under-estimated your items by more than this the driver will add an extra charge depending on the amount of items and time taken to load them. We also reserve the right to limit the amount of goods to the amount quoted in the booking.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

really bad experience. Wasted days waiting for them to contact. Finally arranged job after serious communication problems. Only to wait all afternoon and evening - given an hour by hour excuse for delay. Finally I phoned them and they said they were not coming. Would never use again. |

Ill-equipped, slow and lazy. 45 minutes late and took it upon themselves to take a 15 minute lunch break before even beginning. Had no obvious experience as removers, my friend and I did all the heavy lifting, they simply rearranged boxes etc were packed into the van haphazardly, resulting in a damaged bookcase. Unpacking will reveal more I'm sure. No use of blankets or ropes. To top off, they had the audacity to ask for more money. Great work guys. |
