To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Dire. Committed to £145 'on the day' job, failed to collect item, then did not answer any calls from client, vendor, or people who'd given up 5 hours to wait for him at either end. Anyvan themselves unable to contact him. I sincerely hope this courier did not have an accident and was simply being evasive, particularly as he was supposed to be part of a two man team, so at least one should have been free to answer the telephone. |

The driver never turned up to do our job - we called repeatedly and despite waiting for the driver to turn up/call us back as he'd promised to do, we heard nothing. We waited in for four hours at collection and delivery points it was extremely inconvenient and annoying. DO NOT USE!!! |

Driver Eduardo kept trying to change date and time and then didnt turn up at all. Disgusted. If he had told me earlier in day he was not coming I could have made alternate arrangements. |
