Terms and conditions:
-If you have additional/larger/heavier items than stated on your listing extra charges may be incurred. If you have listed your items as 'approximate' then our quote will be an 'estimate' and is subject to change. We also reserve the right to limit the amount of goods to the amount quoted in the booking.
-It is your responsibility to make sure our removal vans will have space to park. Any parking fines incurred where no parking is available will have to be paid by the customer.
- Additional charges may be payable by you if the driver incurs tolls or if the driver has to pay for parking while loading /unloading or waiting.
-If you change collection/delivery address from that on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
-If a job is cancelled at short notice (within 24 hours of arranged time) a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
-We provide a man with a van service, which means that the driver needs help with loading/unloading the heavier/larger items. Please note if you require a 2 man service, we will need you to ask for it and this will be reflected in our quote.
-Our quote is for a ground floor to ground floor delivery. If you are on upper floor and require help with carrying the item upstairs please let us know, and we can give you a quote for that. Please be aware that, if this isn't done there will be a charge of £35 per floor, because it will take longer and need more man power.
-If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will be charged.
-We do everything to deliver your item in perfect condition, but if your item gets damaged due to lack of packaging, we cannot take responsibility for it.
-If we experience traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness etc. whilst we will endeavour to keep you fully informed we may have to reschedule your job.
-No job will be booked in until you have completed all details on your job listing.
