About Me
At the moment we have one vehicle a Volkswagon Caddy panel van fully insured up to 5000k, we aim to provide a friendly punctual delivery service to satisfy whatever your needs are. I will collect and deliver your item within the time scale agreed and offer excellent customer service while goods are in transit. Your items will be covered in blankets and strapped if necessary to avoid any damage.I am working alone, so if the item is heavy or bulky I will need assistance with loading/unloading at both ends.
If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £40 per 1 hour will be charged.
It is your responsibility to check that any item you bought will fit into your home or place of work, because if dismantling and assembling is needed then extra charges will apply.
Parking, Congestion Charge and Tolls are not included in offers (Unless otherwise stated).
Please ALWAYS advice what floors both properties are on as this will enable us to provide the right quote. If this isn't done there will be extra charge.
Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. Our quote is based on the items stated. We fully understand nothing can be 100% accurate but we do ask our clients to be as honest as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then we do reserve the right to charge additional costs.
If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
Please confirm the date and time with us before accepting our quote to ensure that your requested date/time slot is still available. We will try to be flexible and do our best to accommodate your needs.
Payment via bank transfer prior to collection if over £50, otherwise cash is acceptable.
