ON ACCEPTANCE OF OUR BID/QUOTE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. We reserve a right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check regarding availability!
2. The description, quantity, weight and dimensions of the consignment must match that of your listing.
Any goods over and above will be carried where space permits. But extra cost will occur and it will be included in the final invoice.
Our vans can carry max up to 1000 kg weight. So we allow: max 300 kg weight for around 1/4 (5-6m3) luton van load and max 600 kg for around 1/2 (10-12m3) luton van load.
3. All our quotes are based on ground floor to ground floor or above ground with goods lifts. So please be sure that you let us know if there are stairs involved before accepting our bid to avoid additional charges.
4. It is customers responsibility to make sure our removal vans will have space to park , any parking fines or congestion charges will have to be paid for by the customer.
5. Please note that dismantling or assembling furniture services, disconnecting or reconnecting appliances, fittings or equipment do not include in our quotation. And if it is not agreed otherwise, the extra cost will occur and it ill be included in the final invoice.
6. Job cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee - 50% from the amount included in the job agreement, but not less than £30 which must be transferred to our bank account within 24 hours.
7. We charge £50 extra for each hour of delay.
8. Payments for the jobs should be done by bank transfer before the delivery or in CASH on delivery, but it has to be AGREED in written form IN ADVANCE!!!
9. Please ensure all goods are packed for transport, including fragile furniture. We do not take any responsibility for unpacked or poorly packed items.
10. All damages/missing items must be advised on delivery and marked on the delivery note and all evidences must be provided not later than 24 hours after delivery in a written form, otherwise we will not accept a claim.
11. We provide 1 man team, unless it is agreed otherwise, so the help must be provided from the customer side as well.

- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Everything was perfect from start to finish. I was a bit concerned by the complex logistic of picking up my stuff in Beckenham and delivering it a few days later in Nice but Alex and his team made everything super smooth. They were on time at each end and they dealt with everything on my behalf with regards to custom. They know what they are doing!
