Terms and Conditions:
1. Allianz reserves the right to cancel jobs if they have been accepted prior without checking our availability.
2. Allianz will charge £40/hour for waiting time. We reserve the right to unload the van at an appropriate place at the property, if the keys for property will not be available.
3. Allianz reserves the right apply extra charges, in case there are changes in inventory list and additional items are added.
4. Allianz isn’t any under obligations to dismantle/reassemble the client items unless it was negotiated before job acceptance. This service will be at extra charge.
5. If there’s a distance between where the VAN is parked and the entrance to the House/Flat we will apply extra charges.
6. Allianz reserves the right to take other jobs on board, unless the customer has required the VAN only for his job.
7. If the client didn’t negotiate a time slot for the pick-up/drop-off then we reserve the right to choose one.
8. This is building-to-building service and all quotes are including free complimentary room to room service. In case floor levels have not been mentioned on the job-sheet, items will be delivered to the ground floor, or additional charges will be applied to cover the costs.
9. All damages/complains must be reported on delivery or within a maximum 24 hour window after job completion, otherwise insurers will not accept a claim. A written copy of the claim must be provided with full details of the claim.
10. Items weight that we can lift are limited by Health&Safety Regulations, and we reserve the right to empty/dismantle and apply extra charges for this.
11. Packing services must be confirmed through AnyVan messaging system, as we receive many requests for packing, but we need a confirmation that the packing will be required.
12. Cancelation fee is 50% of the agreed price + VAT.
13. We are not liable for damages that may occur due to tight hallways, steep corners, small doorframes.
14. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, which can influence the completion of the job.

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport

Charged 25% extra (£75) because of two unlisted items. Rushed a lot - they broke a record deck lid that costs £50. Drove me to a cashpoint but refused to take me home so I had to walk back in the pouring rain. |
