The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Allvans were absolutely great and would thoroughly recommend using them. They collected two very large sofas, which were quite difficult to manoeuvre down two narrow flights of stairs, without any mishaps and then delivered them when promised, the following morning. They handled the furniture very carefully but above all, they were very pleasant and helpful people and we would certainly use them again. |
