* My bid is based on the inventory items listed by you in the original listing provided.
* Extra items that are not listed in the description, may incur an extra charge. (2-3 additional boxes/some small items are fine) Please confirm prior.
* Please notify me asap about any extra items you may have missed which are not listed, if you have already accept the bid to avoid possible unexpected and UN-necessary charges.
* All our quotes are based on "HOUSE TO HOUSE" ( unless you already stated this in your listing)
* Please inform me if flats and what floors ( inc lifts available or stairs) before you accept our bid. its great to help us know what we are up against.
* If your listing is placed as flexible for collection/delivery date this means what it says. If you require a set time/day or if any restrictions on when it can be collected/delivered, this must be mentioned prior to accepting our bid. This relates to both private and business pick-up's /drop-off's
* All payments to be paid upon day of delivery regardless if private or business's. Unless delivery is in the EU, 1/3 of payment may be required on collection.
* Payments with CASH OR BANK TRANSFER ONLY!!!

Mover did not contact me after he confirmed my job via message and I booked him. I could not get hold of him as his phone number was not available when I called. Had to change mover on the day of delivery itself, which gave me quite some stress. |

Really competitive non greedy quote which was hugely appreciated. They were a bit late, but London traffic can be awful. Once we had rung to say the driver hadn't arrived, this was very quickly rectified. All belongings handled with the utmost respect and care. Totally delighted with service.
