We are a collection/delivery and removals company with our office based in London. Our service extends to all of the regions of England and Scotland and or drivers work nationwide and are now offering our services in Europe.
We offer a bespoke removals service of household and office goods, our team usually consists of 2 people to help you unload and load your items with the deserve care. We offer a fast, efficient and reliable service, cover with all their special blankets and delicate items and tie all your items so go safe in the van.
All our vehicles are insured for business purposes that include the relevant goods insurances.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once a bid is accepted, we will contact you by e-mail within 48 hours to confirm arrangements.
Any jobs that are cancelled/postponed within 48 hours of the date of the job will not incur a charge. However, if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the job taking place, a charge of £100.00 would be applied.
Is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability or have permission for parking. If our van receives a penalty charge, is customer's responsibility to reimburse the driver when payment is made
You may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your quote. If you underestimate the quantity of your stuff, our company has the right to charge you more.
Terms and Conditions are in place for the protection of the customer and us.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

I do not recommend this company. I would never use them again. 1) they did not contact me and I had to chase contact with them daily, and they chastised me for calling them, yelling on the phone "you can't keep calling" 2) One of the reasons I was calling was to get boxes from them and to get box estimates to avoid extra costs on the day. They did not provide this 3) As a result there were many extra costs on the day and this was a hassle that could have been prevented if they had better customer service 4) the 2 movers were very late and were very, very slow; they almost missed my deadline at the storage unit although I had booked many hours in advance in order to meet the deadline. They also did not pack things they were supposed to and did pack things they were not supposed to--poor communication, many misunderstandings, and boxes had to be unpacked and repacked. They were friendly but they were not good movers. They also did not properly close 3 boxes, which collapsed in storage. Similarly they did not properly wrap things and there was spillage and breakage upon unpacking. 5) For 3 weeks I chased an invoice via email and phone calls. Finally Anyvan stepped in and provided one. Like the original setting up of the move it was a huge hassle 6) The person on the phone was always rude and always yelling, and acting like I was doing something wrong to ask for boxes, times for pickup and drop off, or invoices, which are normal parts of the job. |

An arrangement was made to pay by electronic payment which was agreed as collection was from a company. I received an inflated invoice due to the drivers taking items that were for someone else in the building and nothing to do with our company. On querying this the person on the other end of the phone was very rude but did not prolong the disceprency and dropped the price back down to the original agreed price. There was a misunderstanding of which method of electronic payment will be use. They wanted their money in the account instantly. But before I could try and rectify this with my manager I was insulted a number of times and spoke to very agressively on the telephone. They threatened to return the rubbish and dump it outside the building. I was then bombard with emails requesting the inflated price. one every minute or so. They got their one within the hour of my talking to my manager. But I feel they only paid it so quickly and at inconvenience to my colleagues to reduce the stress and personal attack I was receiving. Best to go with someone recommended and not on the Internet. |

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE! They picked up the my IKEA daybed at the time they stated, and kept in contact throughout. When they arrived at my flat, they transferred everything up to the flat, and politely refused my help when I offered to assist. Even went as far as assembling the bed AT NO EXTRA COST!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will definitely be using your services again. |

Fabulous service, really helpful and friendly. Was kept up to date with driver's name and contact number and had phone calls regarding arrival time. Double bed was delivered safely and team were happy to return with the bed fixings left on the van. Would highly recommend. A big thank you from me. |
