Llegaron 7hs tarde de la hora acordada. No tuvieron ninguna preocupacion de informar el retraso, tanto la empresa como el conductor. Las indicaciones de cajas fragiles tampoco las respetaron. Tambien muy decepcionado por el apoyo recibido de Anyvan

Subject:Formal complaint regarding breach and deficiencies in moving service

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding the moving service contracted through your platform with the company [Name of company X], for a relocation from Belgium to Spain.
I decided to place my trust in your platform after several prior conversations, which gave me confidence to proceed with the booking. Unfortunately, the experience has turned out to be extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism, communication, and compliance on the part of the selected company.

Initially, the move was scheduled for October 1st, 2025, between 9:00 and 12:00. Later on, I recived an email asking if was possible to do it 30th in the afternoon. I agreed to this change, explaining that I would not be home, but that my partner would be present. Based on this, we reorganized once again the handover of the apartment keys with my landlord, agreeing to return the keys on October 1st at 9:00 a.m.
However, on September 29th, I sent an email requesting confirmation of the specific time frame for September 30th. The company then replied that the move would, after all, take place on October 1st, without offering further details or justification. I explained to them that this was no longer possible, since due to the previous conversations we had had, I had already changed the key handover with my landlord, and therefore the move now had to take place on the afternoon of September 30th, as we had agreed.
They never replied to that email, so yesterday, September 30th, I had to contact you directly to explain the situation. Finally, it was agreed that the move would take place on October 1st at 7:00 a.m.
On October 1st at 7:00 a.m., the time agreed upon after multiple changes, the company did not show up. After waiting until 7:40 and being forced to call them directly, I was told there would be a one-hour delay due to a change with the ferry schedule—information that had never been proactively communicated to me. This lack of seriousness and transparency caused me significant personal and logistical inconvenience, since I was required to hand over the apartment keys to my landlord at 9:00 a.m.
I would like to stress that, as a customer, I have been extremely flexible and cooperative throughout, adapting to the changes imposed on me. However, the lack of communication, the failure to honor commitments, and the constant improvisation reflect a service far below what was promised and expected.
