We generally bid on flexible listings, this you understand means you and Your collection end can accommodate a time We suggest.
Any delay caused by a collection address not being flexible is In no way our responsibility DY couriers or and off it employees and your job will have to be collected the next time we are in that area, please be aware of this.
Like public transport, we have routes and timetable to keep.
