We are a small family run business based in the midlands here are our terms and conditions regarding your delivery.
Our aim is to get your delivery done within 7 days maximum, When we place a quote we will then tell you in that quote what days we can collect and the day we will deliver by doing it this way you know from the very beginning when your delivery will be made, This makes our service very streamlined there will be no waiting around 10-14 days worrying where your delivery is. So if you want peace of mind and a great service book with us. We have 10k goods in transit insurance and 1m public liability insurance. The van has heavy duty straps and blankets and the floor of the van is also carpeted to transport your items safely.
Collection and delivery is from door to door we are only insured to your doorstep but we will help as much as we can and the delivery crew will remind you that we wont take responsibility for any damages if they help get things inside the property.
Payment- We will never ask for any money up front to get your delivery done we only want payment once the job is complete and you are happy, Payment can be made cash on delivery, by paypal or bank transfer.
When we quote this is the final price you pay there are absolutely no hidden costs (for walking up a few stairs for instance)
Please read everyone's feedback just because they have a big number next to there name it does not mean they are the best.
We will not get involved in underbidding by £1 just to get a job what we will do is give you a fair quote to complete your delivery. (remember the cheapest is not always the best)

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
