Please message us if you require us to provide a second man. Please note if no one else is required I will need help loading and unloading any heavy or awkward items, please ensure the collection and delivery people are aware of this requirement. Our service is door to door. We will be happy to place items where requested, but please notify us in advance so we can allow adequate time and be aware that we take no responsibility for damage to goods or property, whilst inside the property .Please see our feedback score; we do not let you down. We have Insurance up to £25,000 We accept cash, bank transfer, although payment on collection is fine too. We will collect and deliver as agreed by message before acceptance of our bid or we will try to collect and deliver to your requirements where possible.. We work very hard to arrive on time subject to normal traffic conditions; if we are delayed you will be contacted. Also please ensure you message us if you accept our bid with less than 2 days before you require collection (unless it states a date on your listing) to ensure we can complete the collection/delivery on time. At this point please let us know if either location is difficult to locate ( new builds SatNav issues) so we are able to get to you without delay. We have a sack trolley to help with medium sized items, also straps and blankets to protect your items. Please feel free to message us if you have any other questions or particular requirements not already listed. All due care and attention is given to any item of glass, we will transport it, but please note due to the state of some roads, it is at your own risk Please accept our bid asap, accepting our bid with less than 24 hours’ notice may mean we are unable to move your items on the date you require (unless you have already arranged this with us).Lastly please if you have listed your item as flexible as collection and delivery do bear with us. we aim to collect and deliver within 3-5 working days but during busy times this can take longer.
