LOW LIFE SCUM, AND THAT IS BEING POLITE!, THESE IDIOTS LET US DOWN WITH 30 MINS NOTICE ON A TRIP TO SPAIN, THESE IDIOTS HAVE COST US THOUSANDS IN FLIGHTS, CAR HIRE AND HOTEL BILLS AS WE HAD TO CANCEL THE LOT. THEY CLEARLY DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT ANYBODY AND THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE BALLS TO PHONE ME, I WAS ADVISED BY A TEXT MSG. THEY FAILED TO RESPOND TO MY MSGS AND WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.
