Vehicle never collected, transporter not contactable by phone at all only email and very sporadically. The transporter has been paid but the job has not been honored. I have requested refund, transporter says they have refunded but this is not the case still no money back in my account. Requested proof of payment and again no response, will be taking legal action if monies not refunded |

I have never experienced such terrible communication as with this company. East Midlands breakdown Recovery simply dont exist.. they never contact you or communicate in any way. The phone rings off and they dont respond to emails. Now we have to get our money back somehow. Anyvan we of no help either. All useless. |
