As jobs & time slot positions change hourly.....

Please note all jobs booked that are not cancelled a minimum of 24hours before date, will be legally binded to pay a £20 cancellation fee.

Also customers that have deliveries going into congestion zone will need to pay £10 extra on agreed bid if they require our services in the congestion zone hours & have not discussed an alternative.

Whilst we will accept & handle all items with care & cover with blankets/straps. No insurance claims for damage can be considered on ANY item that has not been packaged appropriately in cardboard and / or bubble wrap. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure your item is sufficiently protected.. Unless you have asked us to package it for you at additional cost.

Please have your items READY TO TRANSPORT when we arrive (this helps us be on time for you & our other customers!).

If items need to be DISMANTLED, please let us know in advance so we can allow enough time & decide if we need to charge extra.

Please state clearly the nature of your job ( e.g, amount of stairs, distance of parking from buildings ,access to lift & availability of help)to avoid me disappointing you & other customers please do help me with this VITAL INFO.

We will always be more than happy to place items where requested, as labour is ALWAYS included in our bid, But please notify us in advance full details so we can allow adequate time & price correctly.

We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified, However, we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control (i.e. breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, roadworks or customer delays etc). If for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we would contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.

Undeclared items at time of bid acceptance, may be subject to extra charge outside the bid, If it is deemed to be considerably more than the initial amount.
So please endeavour to declare all Major inventories at the soonest point
