Vasile communicated well and delivered the goods despite an unavoidable technical hiccup with the van. I would certainly recommend him.

I had an extremely negative experience with the moving service provided by Vasile. This individual in question not only demanded an extra £320 for two additional bags (despite having agreed to the terms beforehand) which I paid, but also displayed disrespectful behavior towards me and my neighbors.

Firstly, he refused to carry the boxes up to my apartment because there was no elevator, even though he had accepted the job under these conditions. He attempted to extort more money from me under duress, and only relented after the intervention of two neighbors' children whom I had to pay extra to assist.
Furthermore, his communication upon arrival in Spain was abrasive and bullying, and subsequent phone calls. Adding to the issue, he missed the agreed-upon delivery dates and only handed over the items later.
Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided and feel compelled to warn others about this unprofessional behavior. I have evidence to support my claims and am considering filing a formal complaint against him.
