We have been providing cheap and reliable deliveries for years so please do give us a try.
We have long standing relationships with many of the larger courier companies which allows us to pass savings on to you whilst providing you with a personal service.
In order to keep our prices low for you we don’t provide telephone support and instead provide a very efficient customer service via email and also via live chat on our website from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Its’ our aim to answer your queries as quickly as possible.
Our business was born of frustation! Frustration with other courier sites prices, customer service and their ridiculous ordering systems (have you ever tried to weigh a bike?).
We first started with delivering bikes for friends and soon realised people needed help with delivering all kinds of big and bulky stuff.
Our philosophy is that we don't expect ordering a delivery to be fun...but it should be easy and not make you want to pull your hair out!
That said, we can always do with improving so if you have any ideas or feedback, good and bad, please let us know

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Go Parcel Xpress placed my delivery with a carrier (TNT) not offering a service for an outsized item, 255cm in length and weighing 58kg. As a consequence the item arrived with damage to the packaging and missing parts. Months later they have offered less than their meagre £50 compensation and a refund of just £10 on the delivery charge of £55 which if accepted leaves me out of pocket to the tune of £130 in costs and lost profit of a further £160. I'd recommend that you avoid this company who merely place your order with one of the main carriers, charge considerably more and offer way less when things go wrong than the actual carrier. On top of that you cannot contact them by phone! |
