We as couriers check the item for any defects, scratches or marks and note these down at the point of collection with a photograph which is emailed to you.

We are also experts in animal courier service, providing regular video / photo footage of your pet along its journey which is emailed to you for peace of mind along with regular checks / feeding by our pet loving courier team.
