We are fully insured, so you can rest assured, your items taking care of.
There is no hidden charges, what we quote is what you pay.

*IMPORTANT: we reserve our right to refuse jobs accepted without prior check of our availability.
*you will incur extra charges of the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were included in your list,If you underestimate the quantity of your items, we need to charge extra based on a fair price for both the customer and us.
*We always aim to complete our deliveries within the times specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc.) if for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we will contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.
*Please be sure that you let us know if there are stairs involved before accepting our bid. (Otherwise extra charges will occur)
*Please make sure your furniture is dismantled for moving in order to avoid extra charges
*Please give prior warning if more than one man is required for the job as this will incur extra charges.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Hass was easy to deal with, sorted the details in advance and arrived early. He and his colleague moved the 'heavy stuff ' in my house move and both worked hard during the job. They were careful with the furniture and were keen to do a good job. Both were polite and easy going and I would recommend them. |
