Hi, thanks for considering our quote. Please take a moment to read our main terms of service below:-

1. The price is based on having flexibility regarding dates and times of collection/delivery unless specifically requested otherwise in your listing or by answered message before acceptance of our bid.

2. We work 7 days a week between the hours of 7am and 9pm. Once date/s have been scheduled we will provide 1hr notice by text message prior to arrival. If a scheduled slot is missed at either collection or delivery point, through no fault of ours, then the job will be rescheduled for a convenient time to us and a further fee may apply.


3. Unless requested before acceptance of bid or stated in your listing then delivery will be ground floor to ground floor. We will supply all materials required to safely transport your item/s to this end and will provide appropriate staffing for the job as described.

4. Should you accept our bid we will initially send you a confirmation/introduction email and invoice. This will include details of how to pay. We prefer payment up front by bank transfer or cash on delivery/collection. When we have allocated you a slot we will contact you agree to finalise the dates and timings. We would ask you to be patient between accepting the bid and being allocated a time slot however we try to complete all jobs within 3-10 days of acceptance.
