After paying the deposit, I emailed to arrange a pickup date and time and heard nothing back. I called and left messages and sent texts, but to no avail. Total time waster. |

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DEFINITE TIME WASTER............. THIS MAN ANSWERED MY REQUEST VIA THE SITE STATING HE WOULD DO MY REMOVAL. I CALLED HIM TO CONFIRM AND HIS PHONE WAS SWITCHED OFF. I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES WHICH HE DIDN'T RETURN. I GOT THROUGH TO HIM AT 8PM THAT NIGHT WHICH WAS THE SAME NIGHT THE REMOVAL WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND HE SAID "HE HAD NOT RECEIVED THE REQUEST VIA THE SITE AND CAN I TEXT THE INFORMATION TO HIM AND CALL HIM BACK IN 10 MINUTES". I TEXT THE INFORMATION TO HIM AGAIN AND RANG HIM AFTER 10 MINUTES. HIS PHONE WAS SWITCHED OFF. I CALLED BACK AFTER TRYING SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT THROUGH AGAIN. HE SAID HE HADN'T RECEIVED THE TEXT. I SENT THE TEXT TO HIM 4 TIMES AND HE SAID HE HADN'T RECEIVED IT EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED THAT THE NUMBER WAS CORRECT. I ASKED HIM TO WRITE THE INFORMATION DOWN AND HE SAID HE COULDN'T DO THAT RIGHT NOW BUT I MUST CALL HIM BACK IN 5 MINUTES. I CALLED HIM BACK AND HIS PHONE WAS SWITCHED OFF AGAIN. AFTER 1 HOUR THIS MAN CALLED ME BACK AND SAID HE CAN NOW DO THE JOB. I WON'T REPEAT WHAT I SAID TO HIM! THIS MAN IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THIS SITE. |
