We are a professional transport and moving company based in EUROPE and branches in Kent UK , Nuremberg, Lyon, and Warsaw. With weekly services across Europe and, we handle everything from furniture to oversized cargo — using our fleet or partner carriers. Storage solutions and parcel forwarding also available.
Important Info:
● Coverage: Weekly runs across Europe via agents in Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Italy, France, , Latvia, and Hungary.
● Fleet & Load Limits:
• Vans: 24m³ / 1100kg - 14cm / 1100kg
• 7.5T vehicles: 2800kg
• Part loads: 10m³ = 500kg allowance
● Services: Full removals, transport, storage, andl forwarding.
● Packaging & Insurance:
• All items must be properly packed for transit.
•Insurance does not cover antiques , glass ( inc mirrors ) or poorly/unpackaged
furniture , — pls arrange separate cover.
• Damage claims must be reported at delivery and marked on the delivery note. Basic level Insurance is included in the quote
● Plants: EU health certificates required — your responsibility.
● Customs: Jobs after Jan 1, 2021 require customs documents. We can arrange these, but customs delays may affect delivery.
● Cancellations & Changes:
• Cancellation on loading day = 100% fee
• Cancellations up to 48h before = 50% fee
• Changes to job details or incorrect info also charged
• Deposits are non-refundable
● Pricing & VAT: All-inclusive bids (ferry, tolls, fuel, insurance). No VAT As EU Move
● Payment Terms:
• Payment in full required in advance, no credit offered.
● Weight Responsibility: Customer pays any fines from overweight vehicles and associated costs
● Availability: Please check availability before accepting
● T&Cs: Full terms on request.
Porters for 2 man service we book external agency help and cannot be held responsible for any delays / no shows and won't accept negative feedback relating to this.
Any refunds if agreed will be a minimum 28 days
Delays can happen. traffic, customs ferries and breakdowns, if this happens alternative dates will be offered and we are not responsible for any consquential losses and wont accept negative reviews based on the above , this is international moving and there are too many factors that will affect timings. Please try to avoid travelling one the same day.

It seemed that the quote was similar to what it would cost to hire a van with all the additional costs of hotel etc. Nonetheless is was a bit concerning after having paid to see all your belongings disappearing in the back of a van! However, do not worry, our driver Dorin looked after our goods as if they were his own. Highly recommended. |
