I. Am not impressed with this contractor,despite contacting him by phone and leaving messages for him to ring he eventually did and my wife confirmed the job details etc.she was then given a different number and asked that I ring him which I did and left a message again with brief details of the job.ie collect 8 pieces of new shed and transport to nearby allotments.he didn't return my call I then rang him again Sunday afternoon to confirm the pick up time ,at this time he had difficulty remembering the job and when he remembered he stated that his vehicle was in the garage and may not be ready for Monday morning.could he do it Tuesday if that was the case .i said obviously not as arrangements had been put in place by myself .and why didn't he contact me sooner to give me the option of making other arrangements.no reply .i then had no option but to cancel this job with this driver and make other arrangements with Anyvan and they sorted it out very quickly raising another job on the website. |

Couldnt get in touch with the mover till the evening before the move date and hence had to cancel the job and rebook a new one. the mover then texted to say that their phone was not working, but was a harrowing experience overall. |

Mohammed's van broke down in his way to me, so he arranged a replacement who was with me within an hour of the original agreed time. I was happy with the service provided by the replacement driver and Mohammed checked back with me to make sure it had all gone well. |

I was not happy after they turn up to my home with the wrong size van I requested a 7.5 tonnes van they turned up with a transit van they came in looked at my three seater recliners and they said they couldn't get it through the door even though I had sent a request for it to be disassemble when they finally dissembled the recliners they walked off speaking in their native language they where doing it all through the move when the came back to move rest of furniture they stated it would be more money as there was not a big enough lift on other side and refuse to move me unless I agree to pay the extra, that added more pressure on me as they would not move me and I had someone else moving straight into my home I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone as they settled on one payment then want more.The agreement was the price that was offer is the price you pay no more this wasn't the case for me I had a friend who done the bulk of the work for them as they where going at snail's peace they still spoke in their native tongue which I think was very rude |

He asked me to pay £3 more so he would pick me up back from the venue so I called and text he never answer back or text to say he can't make it .. He just left me with load and I had to spend extra to get back home messed up hope he doesn't do it to anyone else. |
