We are a family-run firm who pride ourselves on recommendations from our customers. Our aim is to provide a friendly & efficient service, making your move as stress free as possible. We travel the length and breadth of mainland Britain And Europe. We have a one man or two men service, just let us know how many are needed.

Terms and Conditions:
-please always advice what floors both properties are on , otherwise extra charge may apply.
-it is responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability or permission for parking, please note that the parking fees are not including in the quoted price.
-waiting time exceeding 30 minutes at collection/delivery address is charged 20£per 30min.
-extra charge may apply if the actual amount of items exceeding the amount of items that were including in the original quote.
-additional charges might occur if road or drive is unsuitable for our vehicle to load/unload within 25 meters of the doorway.
-you agree to examine the goods carefully and inform us about
any loss or damage of the goods before the removal team leaves for the delivery address.
-
If a job is cancelled on short notice (within 48 hours of arranged time) a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
Here at AnyVan, we recognise the importance of finding a reliable company hence the reason for the Certified Badge found on their profile page.
The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

The delivery company failed to read my instructions and collected on part of the intended consignment. They obviously misread of failed to follow the route to the delivery address. They were late arriving at the delivery address. The amended price on the accepting email has been ignored. No invoice yet received. |
