We are a family run Nationwide door to door sameday/nextday courier service we collect and deliver small to large items throughout the UK from business and public addresses
Our drivers don't carry cash for there saftey and we require all payments via PayPal before collection if for any reason we can't collect your items within booking times a full refund will be given via PayPal
All our drivers are tracked at all times and we can give you updates throughout the delivery process as and when required
Our drivers do there very best to secure your items to protect them from damage while in transit and are fully insured upto £10,000 but please make sure any fragile items are correctly packaged as insurance claims will not be paid out for any damage caused for incorrectly packed items
When a job booking as been confirmed and you decide to cancel a cancellation charge will be made
Please state upon booking if there any obstructions for our drivers ie stairs help with carrying large items as all jobs will be cancelled with no refund if the above is not stated
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
