Hi ,Thanks for taking the time to consider our quote. We are a small family, independent Company, based in the historic City of Canterbury, Kent. Our service provides deliveries to mainland UK and mainland Northern Europe. We aim to offer good customer service and we will ensure that we care for your item as you do.
Hopefully you will trust us with your item and I can assure you that your goods will not be passed to a third party for delivery.
All goods are fully insured
Our staff are insured for individual mistakes or injury per claim
We hold Public Liability insurance if any staff have caused accidental damage to property etc.
As a consequence your item's will be blanket wrapped and strapped to avoid possible damage. Fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap before securing to our van. Sometimes in busy periods our driver's may travel on their own and may require assistance for large, heavy or bulky items. Deliveries are ground floor and door to door. For heavy items please ask our Driver to place your item in a room of your choice, this is at their discretion, as the Company will not charge for this service.
We will try and work with you with regards to delivery date and time , we will make arrangements both at the pickup address and the Delivery address. Please make sure that we have full addresses and contact numbers. We will always contact both party's on pick up / delivery day. This will prevent the need for waiting in all day.
We can store items over a short period of time in our own storage facilities, however there will be a small additional charge.

We do require payment with order, which is in addition to the deposit paid.

• Inter bank transfer
• Cash on delivery only by prior arrangement,
Please note that we do not accept Cheques or Postal Orders
Refunds are given on cancellation of order, within seven days, but a surcharge is applicable
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. If the order has been paid a refund will be given within seven days
