This driver is a Thief, he takes money into his account in advance for the job , he did not deliver my item, be very careful and do not book him please. He is pathetic liar too, he will talk to you nicely till he gets money into his acc and then he is very rude. he will talk to you but will claim he is someone else and real person is in hospital. when you call him on mobile phone to chase him, he will say to you call on office no, if you call on landline no he then says you are calling him on home number. |

Thanks for your quick response and speedy delivery. I was happy to pay the first installment upfront and to pay the remaining amount on delivery. This seemed problematic and you wanted me to pay the full amount before I received the package. I scheduled the payment for the delivery date and the package arrived. So ultimately I was happy with the service but I think you need to trust your customers more! |

The communications side of things was completely open and pleasant, no complaints there, quick, and professional. However in terms of the actual delivery there were two agreed upon dates for delivery that were both missed. The order was delivered eventually but on the third attempt. |

We had a tricky job and this company were so reassuring at negotiation stage and followed up with the most helpful and friendly delivery drivers I have ever encountered. Its good to know that there are people out there who are willing the extra length to help out. Personally I won't be looking anywhere else in the future. Highly recommended. |
