most work completed in within 10 working days to allow to find other loads on the same route and a back load, unless its a full load and can be the next day.

we hire vans from a local firm to use, the oldest of these vans or early 2008 57 reg, newest are late 2013 63 reg. for jobs requiring a van, a part payment must be paid upfront to cover cost of the van rental. this is refundable should you cancel with 48 hours notice, with 24 hours notice but less than 48 hours notice, you will be refunded minus £20. less than 24 hours, no refund at all.

acceptance fees (deposit paid to the site) we do not receive this money, we are not responsible for any refunds of this fee.

other deposits, if you paid an extra deposit such as to cover the van rental or cover the fuel cost or both, if the job does not go ahead due to the job you listed is not as described for example, you failed to mention items in your inventory for a house move or your the item you listed is larger than you stated, you will not get a refund of the extra deposit, same as if you have given false information such as carrying sofas up or down stairs or failing to mention items will need to be dismantled before moving them and any other discrepencies where we turn up for the job with the wrong equipment or we turn up with a vehicle too small for the job or if any other services not originally listed. you will lose your money and will have to pay someone else for the job or pay us extra for the extra work.
