Hi there, we like to provide a friendly service whilst being efficient and competitive.
Based in Broadstairs in Kent, & travelling to Portsmouth as a regular run. Although I do travel everywhere, so if I have quoted on your job this would mean that I am doing a run in your direction very soon, sometimes the very next day, therefore it is best not to wait around to accept my quote as things can change at any moment.
There are no complicated terms and conditions. I have simple and fair terms and conditions which are shown below for a clear understanding of what my quote actually means, and the responsibilities and liabilities that you have, and are agreeing to by accepting my quote; These are as follows.
I can move many items on my own, as the nature of the job requires strength and a tactical approach and my quote is based on a one man service only. Another person can be provided at extra cost if agreed prior to accepting my quote, or if stated within your "special instructions" section within your listing.
Toll charges, parking charges and the congestion charge, including parking fines incurred whilst undertaking your job, is your responsibility which means you are liable for these charges and these will be added onto the quote as an extra charge if such charges are incurred whilst undertaking your job.
Cancellation of the job by any party will incur charges, these charges are to be paid by you the customer and are as follows..
More than 14 days notice: no charge.
7-14 days notice: 30% of my quote.
3-7 days notice: 50% of my quote.
0-3 days notice: 100% of my quote.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs
