All loads are blanket wrapped and secured for protection, we are proud of our safe handling methods.
Please read the points below before booking :
1. Our quote is based on the information you provided in your listing including sizes, weight and collection / delivery address. Any changes to these, including extra stops, will incur extra charges.
2. Quotes are based on loading and unloading immediately. Any waiting time will be charged at £ 10 per hour, minimum charge £ 10.
3. Payment must be received prior to your goods being unloaded from our vehicle. Bank transfer payments must be completed 2 hours prior to delivery. Waiting time for payment will be charged at £ 10 per hour.
4. Items must be clean and safe for transport. We do not transport dangerous goods.
5. Please check our availability before accepting quotes on 'flexible' jobs.
6. One passenger may accompany the driver.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
