We will collect and deliver within a maximum of 10 days unless other arrangements have been made, we are passionate about what we do & treat your property wth the upmost care and respect. Once you have accepted our bid you can leave the rest to us! We will communicate with all parties re collection and delivery and update you at every stage so you can sit back and relax.
Our service is a door to door service, your items will be delivered on the same van they are collected on with the same driver.
We are have full Goods In Transit Insurance including Zone 3 CMR to the value of £25,000. Should you require cover above this please advise us before accepting our offer.

Terms and conditions
1. Please make sure there is assistance at both collection & delivery point with bulky or heavy items before accepting the quote as it will only be the driver alone.
2. Please message us through the website for any special requirements or time restrictions if applicable before accepting the quote.
3. Please make sure you have full address and phone number details for both pickup point and delivery point to give to the transport provider on acceptance.
4. All collections/deliveries are payable upon delivery.
5. We accept Cash, Debit or Credit Cards (2.5% Surcharge if paying by card)

This was a great experience. Nick communicated well with us all the way and the items were picked up in good time. We ran into a problem with arranging delivery (our side not his) because of hospital visits but Nick worked with us, kept the goods a couple of days longer, then delivered bang on time.
