We are a friends-run company who pride ourselves on recommendations from our customers. Our aim is to provide a friendly & efficient service, making your move as stress free as possible. We cover whole Europe. We are a professional delivery / removal company with clean few type of vans & drivers with a lot of experience domestically and internationally.
In order to maintain high quality of our service and ensure a smooth service to our Customers, we present you the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTING OUR BID:
PAYMENT need to be done after unloading. We accept bank transfer only. We require payment on relevant bank account.
Your goods need to be packed properly as insurance protect only items which are rightfully secured for the transport. Liability for damage as a result of poor packaging cannot be taken. Moreover You need to control Your items upon arrival as claims will be not consider after signing off the delivery confirmation documents. All damages must be reported before signing the shipping documents and included in CMR documents to use insurance policy.
The list of items need to be completed minimum in 95 % with all information regarding service
If weight / size / quantity of goods provided by You are incorrect or incomplete then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee, or refuse to transport the item(s) if there is not enough space on our vehicles
If items need to be Assembly and Disassembled, please let us know before accept the bid as it can have influence on price.
Please have your items READY TO TRANSPORT when we arrive
The Customer is resposible for providing a reasonable parking space for the pick-up. Any fees or charges our van may be subject to due to parking permissions are to be covered by the Customer.
Sometimes things go wrong, traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day. We will endeavour to keep you fully informed we may, due to time restraints, have to reschedule your job.
If You cancel the job 1 - 3 days before pick up You need to cover the costs of preperation for moving as cancelation fee.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
